Refund Policy

At Practly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. We encourage you to fully evaluate Practly during this period before subscribing.
1. Free Trial
Growth and Pro plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged. Your access will continue until the trial ends.
2. Subscription Refunds
After the free trial period, the following refund terms apply:
- Within 7 days of first charge: If you are not satisfied after your first payment, contact us within 7 days for a full refund. This is a one-time courtesy refund for new subscribers.
- After 7 days: We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel after 7 days, you will retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.
- Subsequent billing cycles: Subscription payments after the first month are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
3. Exceptions
We will consider refunds outside of the above policy in the following circumstances:
- A technical error on our part resulted in an incorrect charge
- You were charged after clearly cancelling your subscription
- A significant service outage prevented you from using the platform during a substantial portion of your billing period

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:
- Your account email address
- The date and amount of the charge
- The reason for your refund request
We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription is separate from requesting a refund. To cancel, go to your account settings and select "Cancel subscription". Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.
