Practly is a SaaS platform that provides scheduling, client management, and practice management tools for coaches. The platform is operated by Anas Mohammad, based in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
By using Practly, you agree to:
Practly offers Free, Solo ($39/month), and Pro ($79/month) subscription plans. Payments are processed securely through Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
We offer a 14-day free trial for paid plans. No credit card is required to start. After the trial period, you will need to subscribe to continue using paid features.

Your use of Practly is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All content, features, and functionality of Practly — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Practly and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Practly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will endeavour to notify users in advance of planned downtime.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or cancelling through your account settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
